PNEUMATIC BALL VALVES

The pneumatic ball valves as main feature have the total fluid passage. Our pneumatic ball valves are divided into:
  • • 2-way versions are available in AISI 316, 316 microcasted, chromed brass in sizes from 1/4 up to 3" for brass and up to 4" for stainless steel.
  • • 3-way versions they are available with "T" and "L" port. Available in AISI 316, 316 microcasted, chromed brass in sizes from 1/4 up to 2" for brass and 316 microcasted up to 4" for stainless steel.

All can have female/female or female/male threaded connections or terminals to be welded for correct placement in the installations. Our pneumatic ball valves generally consist of five parts:
  • • the body, which in turn consists of two / three sections and is obtained in brass or stainless steel;
  • • the sealing seat, which works when the valve is in the closed position and is able to isolate the internal hole in relation to the ball itself;
  • • the actuation pin for the suitable coupling with pneumatic actuator;
  • • the shutter, which corresponds to the real ball and can be two or three way output;
  • • the stem, which is usually made in the same material as the body and the shutter and works through a sequence of shaped rings with high resistance.

Our pneumatic ball valves meet high standards of quality and safety. The direct contact between the ball and the internal seal ensures that the isolation is ideal in any condition, with the consequent improvement of the mechanical efficiency of each system. In addition, pneumatic actuation makes the various procedures much faster than usual, with the final aim of always having a product at its best from any point of view.
