Our rotary pneumatic actuator, like the other MA.RO.S Engineering products, is manufactured according to the widest standards of quality and efficiency, in order to ensure a practical and reliable design in the most diverse applications.
Mosfe series rotary pneumatic actuators for ball and butterfly valves can be used to control the most commonly used valves. The pneumatic control, available in double or single effect, is of the pinion/ rack type and allows rotation angles to 90 years. (standard), or to 120 years. and 180 years (on request).
The rotary actuator shall be supplied with filtered, lubricated or dry compressed air. The structure is designed to withstand the most demanding applications, ensuring excellent efficiency with operating pressure between 1 and 8 bar.
The rotating pneumatic actuators are made from a single aluminium profile, which characterizes the body, with attached pneumatic connections, the seat for the shaft and the predispositions for direct mounting of other optional devices.
All rotating pneumatic actuators for ball and butterfly valves are also available in stainless steel or, at the customer’s request, with a specific surface treatment for particular applications (such as nickel plating or ptfe surface coating). The range is able to cover the widest customer requirements, being able to ensure the dimensions of the actuators with pistons of diameter from 32 mm to 330 mm.
Our standard rotary pneumatic actuators are suitable for temperatures between -20 C and +80 C. C. On request it is possible to equip the actuators with internal gaskets for temperatures: low (-40 C/+80 C), very low (-60 C/+80 C) and for high temperatures (-20 C/ +150 C). In the latter case it is not necessary to use the bracket and the tree extension in most applications.
As with other products we offer, the Atex – 2014/34/EU certification is also available for rotary pneumatic actuators on request.
